    The House Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page 2, line 5, after the word “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following:

    “with the following amendment:

    On page 2, subdivision 4.1.e, by inserting the following after the period, ‘The cost of the test not be passed through to the patient by a public health department’.”
